Treat the links like rungs on a ladder, moving from top to bottom. Scrolling the left frame index provides immediate access to the items in the left column which will appear on the right.
Sometimes information will appear in the main display area on the right. Sometimes the evidence will pop-over this existing web display page. Closing the pop-over page will reveal this frame page, returning the reader to where the click down the numbers can continue.
If at any point a link opens in a display that seems too crowded for a reader, return and right click on the link, and from the sub-menu that appears, select open link (page) in a new window.
The frame edges of this display are totally adjustable with a click and drag of its edge. Refresh (reload) the page to restore the frame edges to their default settings.
